Good service got my vehicle back on time

They write their bills with a fork, and don't pick up the phone very much. The only phone number goes to HQ in Madrid, there is no direct contact, if you are lucky they will put you through to the shop you need. They overcomplicate simple problems (they tried to convince my dad he needed to change out his entire CD player and the bill would be high, my dad bought one of those dust cleaner CDs and fixed it, no need to remove or replace anything). Whoever keeps replying and commenting on their google reviews should be answering the phone. Seems like they focus more on damage control in relation to bad reviews rather than making an effort to get better reviews. Right now we are sitting ducks waiting for his car, he wasn't given a timeframe, my dad has been calling several times over the morning, all we want to know is when we can pick up the car, I was told I'd be called back 15 minutes ago and I just feel like this shouldn't happen at a place that is so expensive and that has someones very expensive car. They should have picked up and been able to answer the question the first time he called.

Not anymore !! It's a good place only if you accept to close your eyes and pay the bill. No service at all compare to Jaguar France. They didn't want to reset my ECU engine because it was a second hand piece. They just wanted that I buy a new one...!!! I put one star to be able to publish but for me it 's a zero.
After my experiences in Rosso Corsa, the official dealer was the only way to go. Expensive and the usual replacement of parts rather than repairing the fault but at least its fixed properly.
